New website! New album! New bass player!
New website! New album! New bass player! New new new new new new! We are shaking it like a Polaroid picture over here in Tens of Thousands land.
Firstly and most importantly, if you haven’t heard already, we recently released our debut album The Galaxy Party on Vortex Gang Records. I am so happy with how it turned out. Took us a long time to put it all together, but you can’t rush this kind of expert professional grade-A craftsmanship. Stream the entire album for free in the right-hand column over there, and if you like it, you can (please please please!) buy a copy from CDBaby or download it from iTunes.
Secondly, it is with sadness that we note the departure of bassist Dan Levine. Dan is an outstanding fellow and a great bass player, and we will miss him. But it is with happiness and excitement that we welcome aboard our dear old friend PJ Brindisi. (PJ was actually our original bassist–on upright acoustic–long, long ago in the original incarnation of this project.)
Thirdly, check out the new digs, y’all. We are all updated and snazzy on the Web fronts. Thoughts? Leave us a comment.
We hope to keep posting new stuff here frequently, so check back or plug us into your RSS reader.
Keep on rockin’ in the free galaxy.
