Tens of Thousands is an indie-pop band from Brooklyn fronted by brother-sister duo Jeff and Kristen who grew up in coastal Rhode Island listening to the Beatles. We play very catchy indie pop songs with smart lyrics about little children drowning at the bottom of the ocean and magical gatherings where awesome people from the whole entire universe congregate and have galaxy parties, and other things as well.
Jeff plays guitar and sings, and Kristen sings and dances and plays the castanets and the triangle and the claves and the tambourine and the kazoo. Andrew Ranaudo mashes on synthesizers and PJ Brindisi slaps the bass and Eric B beats the drums.
At shows we sometimes pass out bubbles and toy instruments, so you can have as much fun as we have.
